NASHVILLE, Tenn. – June 5, 2026 – PRLog — Nashville / Memphis, Tenn. Pamela Jeanine Moses, an Independent candidate for Tennessee’s 8th Congressional District, announced a series of federal court developments in her lawsuit challenging the Tennessee General Assembly’s mid-election redistricting enacted in May 2026.
Chief U.S. District Judge William L. Campbell, Jr. issued a June 4, 2026 order confirming that Ms. Moses’s case remains active, distinct, and moving forward.
Ms. Moses is the only pro se plaintiff representing herself without an attorney among four consolidated federal redistricting cases before a three-judge panel.
